The Redmond Baseball Booster Club is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides the financial and volunteer help the program and its players need to compete at the highest level. Here are some of the ways the Booster Club shows its support:
Booster Club Dues
Your dues help pay for costs not covered by the LWSD sports participation fee, including uniforms, equipment, field improvements, winter training programs, stipends for assistant coaches, and travel.
Anyone can join the Redmond Baseball Booster Club—family, friends, others in the community—and support Varsity, JV, and C-Team baseball at RHS.
Dues for the 2023 season are $150, and we have three levels of dues if you want to make an additional contribution. You can pay by PayPal or by check made out to Redmond Baseball Booster Club. Our address:

Outfield Signs at Hartman Park
Through an agreement with the City of Redmond, the Booster Club sells vinyl banners for the outfield fence at Les Dow Field at Hartman Park.
Les Dow Field—the park’s “big field”— hosts more than 150 high school, youth, adult baseball games from March through October, including the state Mickey Mantle tournament in July. Advertising your business here generates visibility and goodwill within the community.
The money we raise through banner sales goes directly to high school team expenses. Show your company spirit and support Mustang baseball! Learn more here about banners at Hartman Park’s Les Dow Field.
Mustang Team Shop
Show your spirit and support the Stangs! We offer hats, shirts, sweatshirts, and other Redmond baseball swag through the Mustang Team Shop (link TBD), with the proceeds to benefit the Booster Club.
Volunteer
We’re a volunteer organization, and there are plenty of opportunities to make the experience fun for players and fans.
Field prep: The weekend before tryouts begin, we hold an annual work party to prep the fields and batting cages. Bring your boots and gloves—we invite all players and their families to pitch in.
In-season help: During the season, we need scorekeepers, announcers, and scoreboard operators for each home game. We also need help with GameChanger and organizing Senior Night, the end-of-season banquet, and our traditional post-home-game meals for the Varsity team. Talk to us if you want to volunteer.
Post-game meals: The Varsity team’s families host post-game meals for the players (two families per meal). Meals aren’t meant to be elaborate, just a fun way for the players to bond and fill up after the game.
Donations & Matching Gifts
As a 501(c)(3) organization, the Redmond Baseball Booster Club qualifies for most corporate matching programs, and the donation may be a tax deductible. Some employers will reward volunteer hours by making a charitable donation to the Booster Club. Learn more about how to contribute funds or volunteer hours to Mustang baseball.
